Indigeneity, Diaspora, Equity, Anti-Racism in Sport (IDEAS) Laboratory focuses on developing theory, translating knowledge, and delivering high impact programming relevant to anti-racism in sport, physical activity, education, and leadership. Under the direction of Dr. Janelle Joseph, the lab leverages academic and political work to lead sustainable systemic change and cultivate future research leaders in physical activity and decolonize praxis.
